Terms of Service
These terms govern use of postiz.chelintutorials.com (the "Service", "Chelin Postiz"), a privately operated, self-hosted instance of the open-source Postiz social media scheduler. By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
The Service lets authorized users create, schedule and publish content to social media accounts they connect, such as YouTube, Instagram and X. Access is by invitation only; public registration is closed.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all content you upload or publish through the Service and must have the rights to it.
- You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, or to send spam.
- You must comply with the terms and policies of each platform you publish to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the X Terms of Service.
3. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on third-party APIs that we do not control. Platforms may change, limit or reject posts, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions. You can revoke the Service's access to any connected account at any time from that platform's settings.
4. Content and storage
You keep ownership of your content. You grant the Service only the permission needed to store, process and publish it on your behalf. Uploaded media is deleted from our server a few days after the post using it is published, so keep your own copies.
5. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail, for example because of maintenance, outages or platform errors.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost content, data, revenue or audience, arising from use of the Service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time, especially if these terms are breached. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Argentina, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
